RETURNS POLICY

Should you wish to return an item, you may do so within 14 days from the date of purchase and we will provide store credit to the value of your purchase or exchange the same item in a different size, subject to availability.

 

It will not be possible to return or exchange items after 14 days from the date of purchase, unless the item is faulty, in which case you have 30 days from the date of purchase and will be eligible for a refund, store credit or exchange.

 

To be eligible for store credit, exchange or refund, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging. We also require a receipt or proof of purchase (unless faulty) and the card you paid with (if applicable).

 

Any item not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will not be refunded or exchanged. Gift vouchers are also exempt from return.

 

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

 

Store Credit

Once your return is received and inspected, your store credit, exchange or refund will be processed. If requesting store credit, this will be automatically applied. Store credit is valid for 365 days from the day of the return.

 

Sale Items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be processed for store credit or exchange, unfortunately sale items cannot be processed unless faulty.

 

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, store credit will be provided.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

 

If you require us to send an exchanged product via post, delivery times may vary depending on the destination.

If you are shipping an item over £50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
