I always recommend that customers buy quality pieces they can wear time and again. When adding a couple of quality new additions to update your wardrobe, it's always worth considering how they will work with your current favourites.
Today I have mixed a silk shirt from Second Female with a pair of cream Emin and Paul jeans/trousers from this summer season. Mixing previous seasons with current can give you a fresh look, only this morning Joe said to me 'new shirt?' and I've had it for over a year now which is actually the truth! Ha!
I have always felt investing in pieces that can transition seasonally or year on year is so important so you can feel you are 'getting your wear out of it' but also depending on what you style with it can totally change your look. Embrace what you love and the pieces all come together.
